EnvCount function

  DECLARATION:  EnvCount

      PURPOSE:  Returns the number of strings in the DOS environment

         UNIT:  DOS

  RESULT TYPE:  Integer

      REMARKS:  Each environment string is of the form 'VAR=VALUE'.
                The strings can be examined with the EnvStr function.
